If you select existing KUDI products and do not require private labeling or logo printing, samples are usually free of charge. For high-value or large items, such as pet grooming vacuums, a small sample fee may apply. Customers provide their own courier account for shipping.

We offer flexible customization including product size, color options, handle design and grip, outer packaging, webbing length, and metal pin length and thickness.

Yes. Our design team can develop products based on your ideas and requirements. We also use 3D printing to create rapid prototypes before mass production.

Samples typically arrive within 3–7 days via air shipping. Wholesale orders usually arrive at the destination port within 7–14 days. Mass production is estimated at 30–45 days.
