How can I request samples? Are samples free?
If you select existing KUDI products and do not require private labeling or logo printing, samples are usually free of charge.
However, for high-value or large items — such as pet grooming vacuums — a small sample fee may apply.
While most samples are free, customers are asked to provide their own courier account for shipping. If you do not have a shipping account, the courier fee will need to be covered.
What is your MOQ?
Customized products: 500–1,000 units
Wholesale / ready-to-sell products: starting from 100 units
MOQ may vary by product. Please contact us for exact requirements.
What customization options do you offer?
We offer flexible customization based on your needs, including but not limited to:
Product size
Color options
Handle design and grip
Outer packaging
Webbing length
Metal pin length and thickness

Can you produce a product if I only have an idea?
Yes.
Our design team can develop products based on your ideas and requirements. We also use 3D printing to create rapid prototypes, allowing you to see and test your concept before mass production.
What are your shipping timelines?
Samples: typically delivered within 3–7 days via air shipping
Wholesale orders: usually arrive at the destination port within 7–14 days
Mass production orders: estimated delivery time is 30–45 days
Actual timelines may vary depending on product type and order volume.
What if I don’t see the product I’m looking for on your website?
If you can’t find the product you need on our website, you can download our product catalog from the Services page.
